There is also context sensitive help provided on most admin pages, just look out for the

To get started you will need to log in. To log in click on the 'login' link above, you will need to use the following details -
Username - Admin
Password - DeeEmm
(Remember that the username and password are case sensitive)
For security reasons, it's a good idea to change the password as soon as possible, why not make this the first thing you do. 
As this is a beta version you may come across some bugs or you may want to submit a feature request. You can do both things at the SourceForge DMCMS project tracker page at http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=189064.
